Seeing a new service provider can be intimidating. Below I provided some information to help ease the discomfort and make your first visit easy. I can't wait to meet you!

A little more about Root Alchemist & what to expect
Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to help you feel confident and beautiful in yourself!
When you arrive at Sola Salon Suites, feel free to take a seat at the bench directly inside the front doors and I will be out to get you very shortly.
I get it, life gets crazy. If you are running late, I ask that you message me through Facebook, Instagram, or text and I will do the same. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or adjust the appointment. If rescheduling is necessary a $50 fee will need to be settled before we can reschedule.
If you are coming for your Analysis appointment, please come with freshly washed hair (no more than 48 hours dirty) and your hair how you like it styles. We will go over your history, chat about lifestyle, diet, and goals. After we talk for a bit, I will take microscopic images of your scalp. We will then look at the images together and I will explain everything I am seeing.
After getting to a root cause, we will go over all the options available together and decide on a plan that fits your life, needs, and priorities.

Policies
Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment I need to do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment AND not rescheduled will need to settle a $25 fee before making another appointment. A no-show will need to settle a $50 fee before making a future appointment
Refund Policy: I go over all allergies and as many counter-indications as possible, but ultimately results and interactions are the responsibility of you (the client). I cannot offer refunds on any services or products that are purchased as they cannot be reused.
Environment Policy: Although I love hearing about your friends and family, I ask you do not bring anyone to your appointment that is not getting a service done.
