Basic Hair & Scalp Analysis

The Hair & Scalp Analysis is great for anyone concerned with hair loss or scalp issues and does not have other major health concerns. During this appointment we have an in-depth conversation about your history, concerns, & goals. I also use 2 microscopes to take a look at what's going on at your roots.
Submit Form
You will receive the History Questionnaire after your Analysis appointment is accepted. This must be completed prior to analysis. This helps me get a background of what may be going on before I hear your whole story.
Get Solutions
You will receive a text from me confirming your requested service(s) within 48 hours. Appointment day please arrive with your hair freshly wash and in its everyday style. Once here, my suite is located inside Sola Suites.
Advanced Analysis
$450

The Advanced Hair & Scalp Analysis is for anyone who has a lot of other health concerns or wants a more in-depth analysis of what is going on. This includes a hair follicle test, to identify nutritional deficiencies, environmental stressors, and system imbalances that may be contributing to shedding, thinning, or scalp issues, within the last 90 days. This also still includes an in-depth history, concerns, and goals, along with microscopic imaging to gather the full picture as to how I can support you.
Submit Form
You will receive the History Questionnaire after your Analysis appointment is accepted. This must be completed prior to analysis. This helps me get a background and your address to where I can send your Hair Follicle Test.
Complete Hair Follicle Test
You will receive the Hair Follicle test in the mail. It will have detailed instructions with how to complete it and send it back so I have your results for your appointment.
Scalp Facial
$200

Starting with a Scalp Facial is perfect for those of you who have more mild concerns such as: mild dandruff, build-up, or an oily scalp. We do a brief consultation to understand your concerns and goal, but majority of the appointment is spent receiving the scalp treatment.
Schedule your Scalp Facial here. Once booked, you will receive a link to submit brief form that will help me understand your needs for the service.

You will receive a brief form that helps me understand your needs and expectations from this service.

At the end of the service you will receive a basic blow-dry with a round-brush.
Get Pampered
You will receive a text from me confirming your requested service(s) within 48 hours. Appointment day, come as you are, there is no special way I need your hair. Once here, my suite is located inside Sola Suites.
A little more on requesting an appointment
Within 24 business hours I will reply to your request confirming your service/consultation or I may ask for more information. If you have any other questions or are unsure what you would like please send me a text at 262-207-4251.

Salon Policies
Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment I need to do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment AND not rescheduled will need to settle a $25 fee before making another appointment. A no-show will need to settle a $50 fee before making a future appointment
Refund Policy: All sales are final, on both services and products. All services provided by Root Alchemist are non-refundable. Once a service has been rendered, payment is considered final. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss your concerns. All sales of products are final as well. We do not offer refunds for any items purchased. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Environment Policy: Although I love hearing about your friends and family, I ask you do not bring anyone to your appointment that is not getting a service done.

Adjustment Policy: I take pride in my work, but ultimately want you to be happy with your hair. If you are having any troubles with your color or cut please let me know within 7 days of your appointment. I will happily correct or adjust the issue at no charge.
Sometimes you may want to try something very new and decide after it was not the right look for you. These situations would not be applicable for a complimentary adjustment.
